Shipping policy

  • We ship from Boca Raton, Florida, USA.
  • We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are processed on that day.
  • Successfully placed orders will receive email confirmation of purchase and tracking details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
  • Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee and a $59.50 restocking fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
  • If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at support@evolutionprotection.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
